Class Description:
Join local professional cheesemaker, Meghan McKenna for a hands-on cheesemaking class. We will make fresh Chevre/Fromage Blanc and whole milk ricotta. We will also play with herbs and edible flowers to create cheesy works of art. You will leave with your own cheese creations, recipes and the confidence to make cheese at home. Meghan is the cheesemaker at Bellsong Creamery in Snohomish and is the cheesemaker and co-owner of Woolley Cheese Co. in Sedro Woolley.
For more culinary art, register for Arrowhead Ranch's cutting board class in the morning and make fresh cheese in the afternoon! Class Cancelation Policy
Registration will close 3 days prior to the class. We require a minimum of 5 participants for classes to run. It's more fun for students! If we cancel the class due to low registration, you will receive a full refund. (If you want to make sure the class happens...invite your friends! :) )
